Yes, I want to support God's work through Covenant Community Church. Here is my Statement of Faith, for the coming year, representing my best effort to give back to God and to support the
valuable work and ministry of this, my church.

This is not a contract, but a statement of your intentions. Covenant understands that future
personal circumstances may cause you to change the amount of your contributions in the coming year.

The Covenant Treasurer's office has made stewardship giving commitment cards available on-line through our website this year. Filling out this personal and highly secure on-line form will make it unnecessary for you to manually fill out a written card.
